Tangaloor Norwegian Forest Cats
TICA & CFA registered cattery based in Alabama

I love Fantasy stories in books and movies. Several years ago I read a book called "The Wild Road" by Gabriel King.
The characters were mainly cats, one of the heroic cats was a Norwegian Forest Cat called Ragnar Gustaffson Coeur de Lion. I fell in love
with him and started reading up on the breed. That, of course, was when I knew I just had to have one (or two or three). They are suchwonderful cats and I love mine dearly. They have added purpose, joy and excitement to my retirement years.
Lucky is the person who gets to share their life with a Norwegian Forest Cat.

Why Tangaloor?
Viror Whitewind, Grizraz Hearteater, and Tangaloor Firefoot--these were, or perhaps still ARE,
the three firstborn--the sons of Harar Goldeneye and Fela Skydancer, brought forth into the world by Meerclar Allmother, the god of all cats.  Hearteater was jealous and corrupt (the ultimate bad-guy) and plotted the downfall of his two brothers, and of all cats.
Though his brother, Whitewind, was killed,  his scheme seemed to have failed, and it is said that heburrowed into the Earth, seeking refuge
from the vengeful Firefoot, and the enraged  cats of the surface world, and still he remains there today,
plotting and scheming in solitude... from the book Tailchaser's Song by Tad Williams
